Most orders leave within 3–5 business days, plus carrier transit. Large screen-printed runs over 150 pieces add a few days for setup and curing, and tracking is emailed the moment the parcel is scanned.
We reprint it free and you do not send anything back. Start a return from your order and attach a photo — defect claims are approved automatically and a replacement goes into production straight away.
